The objectives of this society are as follows:

• To be active in the protection of nationality and promotion of national unity.
• To try to increase the honor and glory of the nation.
• To be active in using the knowledge, skills, abilities and experiences of senior professors to support national prosperity and development.
•  To advance the enjoyment of basic human rights and fundamental rights.
•  To be active for the protection and promotion of the rights and interests of the professors who have received the salary
•  To arrange exchange of ideas and mutual cooperation with national and international organizations and intellectuals who agree with the purpose of the society.

The programs to fulfill the objectives of the society are directed as follows:

•  Delivering discourses from specific persons who can make special contribution to the protection of nationality and promotion of national unity.
•  To exchange ideas through ideological discussions on contemporary issues, arrange training, seminars etc.
•  To think, ponder, study, research and analyze from people who have made special contributions in the respective fields about social, economic, educational, cultural, geographical, historical, constitutional, environmental and similar topics of national importance. Informing the public about the conclusion and trying to get such opinion to be implemented by the relevant body or person.
•  Strive to increase the participation of senior professors in the programs conducted for national prosperity and development.
•  Acquiring movable and immovable assets, appointing support staff as needed, performing tasks that can be done by organized organizations and mobilizing resources.
  
•  To arrange necessary publications for the promotion of the objectives of the society.
•  To carry out other programs necessary for fulfilling the objectives of the society.
•  The organization will be operated under the policy guidance of the relevant body of the Government of Nepal.

From the fourth general assembly of the society on June 25, 2073 Prof. A new working committee was formed under the chairmanship of prof. Basantlal Shrestha.

Likewise, the General Assembly of Baisakh 14, 2076. A working committee was formed under the chairmanship of Dr. Bimal Kumar Sharma. In this way, the ninth general meeting held on Saturday, October 15, 2079 A new working committee was formed under the chairmanship of Dr. Bimal Kumar Sharma.
